Reports to a web-based occurence book
This unit will automatically send an alert via the GPRS network, or via sms in the case of no GPRS network, to the call centre as well as the duty officer, identifying the position of the pylon as well as the tamper detected.
Other Applications
Other applications for the device could include Mini-sub monitoring, Server enclosure monitoring, security safe monitoring and farm gates.
The most recent use of the remote monitoring unit has been in the agricultural sector allowing the farmer to detect any vandalism to irrigation pivots.
The unit is ideally suited to monitor advertising structures that are also susceptible to vandalism.

The unit has been designed to report vibration for 3 years without requiring a replacement battery
